An operation was performed on Orlando Magic’s forward Jonathan Isaac this morning to mend a torn left adductor muscle. As a result, he will be out for the rest of the 2022-23 regular season.
An injury was detected through an MRI on Wednesday subsequent to him experiencing discomfort post his practice session in Milwaukee on Tuesday.
Expressing his concern, Orlando Magic President of Basketball Operations Jeff Weltman stated, “Our sentiments are with Jonathan, whose resilience in facing challenges is unparalleled. Jonathan has diligently put in the effort to make a return to the court this season and has showcased his influence on our squad. We stand firmly behind him as he concentrates on the path ahead.”
Isaac, standing at 6’10” and weighing 230 pounds with a birthdate of 10/3/97, participated in 11 matches this season. He held an average of 5.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.27 steals in 11.3 minutes per game.
