Ben Simmons plans on making little changes to jump shot

It is probably wise to listen to the advice given by Los Angeles Lakers legend player Kobe Bryant and incorporate that into your performance to improve yourself in the game. This stands true especially when Bryant advises you on how you should improve your shooting game.

In his entire career, Bryant was known for his perfect shooting mechanics, and during an interview for the Chris and Caron show which is aired on Fox Sports Radio, Bryant advised Ben Simmons, Philadelphia 76ers on how he can improve the way he performs the jump shot.

As per sources, Bryant advised by saying, “Just aesthetically, I would say build that thing anew. I don’t think the game came down to that though.”

Interestingly, Bryant is not the only one to have noticed this; many other people have also commented that Simmons should work on his jump shot. However, Simmons said that he would not heed Bryant’s suggestion as he won’t be able to adjust his jump shot completely. He will try to make some minor changes, he said.

As per USA Today Sports Network’s AJ Neuharth-Keusch, Simmons said, “I think minor things. But changing the whole shot, no. I think just working on it, adjusting to where I want the ball, loosening my shoulder up, also. Just getting shots up.”

The Boston Celtics noticed the lack of confidence in Simmons’ jump throughout their second-round series. The Celtics were then seen forcing Simmons’ to demand his way to the basket or to pass the ball to an open fellow mate. Due to this, the Sixers’ player was unable o break 20 or even more points in any of the five games in the series. This further led to Philadelphia 79ers getting knocked out of the playoffs. However, Simmons now plans to add a jump shot on to his arsenal to give his team a good chance of winning in the future games.
